At the end of the day, the most important thing to us in a realtor was finding someone who we knew was looking out for our best interest and I can confidently say Leah was.

Tricia was such a great resource for us when buying our first home. She educated us on anything that we might overlook and was a great listener. She also has a ton of contacts for contractors. I will be recommending her to any friends I know looking to purchase.

Jeff listened to what we needed from a new house. From there he shared potential houses with us, informed us about aspect of some properties we needed to understand and was always available to show me a house no matter how far away. I often bounced house options off Jeff to get his input, that input was always helpful. When we visited houses he quickly checked key things to confirm the house was viable for us to consider.

Chris is the best. As first time home buyer, he took time to explain every detail of the process. The care he took to communicate and make sure we felt supported, made us appreciate him even more. He was generous with his time, and always willing to make time for us to view numerous homes. Chris has excellent negotiation skills and really advocated for us when we put the offer in on our house. He picks up every detail in a home and gives you space also to see how you feel about a home before giving his opinion. He wanted us to be the ones to decide we loved the home. He is so professional and came so highly recommended to us. He met every expectation and more. Even after we got the keys to our home, he reaches out to see if we need anything.

I originally purchase my house with Stephen and the process was smooth and easy, so when it came time to sell it I automatically went back to him for help. The sale process was just as smooth as the buying process had been. Stephen put the righ tprice on the home, advised me on how to make it show in the best ways possible, and was there for every step of the way. I can't recommend him highly enough.
